b. Service Cancellation:
- Cancellation of Service: Services provided by Negocios Click are on a subscription basis with a term of 30 days. Upon payment, services will continue until the end of the 30-day term and will automatically renew thereafter unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Continuation of Service: Services will continue until the end of the subscribed term even if cancellation is requested before the term ends. No refunds will be issued for any remaining days of service upon cancellation.
c. Billing Information:
- Billing Descriptors: When payments are processed via credit card, they will appear on your statement as “MASOMEDIA,” a fictitious name associated with Negocios Click. For PayPal transactions, charges will appear as “CENTRO CLICK,” another fictitious name associated with Negocios Click.
d. Cancellation Process:
- Cancellation Request: To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at support@negociosclick.com Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal for the next term.
Additional Provisions for Business Listing Services
a. Ownership of Business Information: The information provided by businesses listed on the site is their property, and Negocios Click makes no claim of ownership over this information.
b. Accuracy of Information: Negocios Click does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by listed businesses, and users are advised to verify information directly with the respective businesses.
c. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for any transactions or interactions they have with businesses listed on the site, and Negocios Click is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such transactions or interactions.
d. Listing Removal Policy: Procedures and criteria for the removal or deactivation of business listings by Negocios Click, such as violation of the terms of service, repeated user complaints, or inaccurate information provided by the listed business, are established.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the site.
Limitation of Liability
Negocios Click is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the service.
